A free open air festival returns to Westminster this August.
Inside Out is a month-long celebration of culture and the arts in the City of Westminster, offering up a deluge of family-friendly happenings including:
- Westminster Abbey's 'Creation' series, feat. guided tours with Head Gardener Jan Pancheri, art workshops, and 'Brass on the Grass' concerts.
- Open AIR movement and dance workshops from Union Sound.
- Free, daily creative sessions and activities in Trafalgar Square, courtesy of the National Gallery.
- Concerts and music making sessions from the Academy of St Martin in the Fields.
- Papier-mache mask making on Church Street.
- The Fitzrovia Fete, feat. a vintage toy roadshow with Pollock's Toy Museum, a cartoon workshop with the Cartoon Museum, and pom pom making with Camden Adult Community Learning.
- Games in the Garden at Baker Street, where you can channel your inner Sherlock, and create your own artworks inspired by those in the vicinity.
- A slew of free walking tours from the City of Westminster Guide Lecturers Association.
