This Bar Is A Cheese Lover's Heaven

The Cheese Bar has opened up in Camden Stables and it's all about — you guessed it — cheese. Watch the video below to see cheese oozing from pasta, mozzarella sticks slowly break apart and the most obscenely gorgeous toasties imaginable.

When you walk into The Cheese Bar you're greeted by a board displaying the 25 (25!) different cheeses the bar uses. Many are made in Britain and they're all unique (and scrumptious, did we mention they're scrumptious?).

The menu operates as a kind of cheese tapas — in other words you order a variety of dishes to share. Or if you're feeling particularly self-indulgent, just go it alone.

Thankfully one part of the menu that skips over the fromage obsession is the drinks. There's a great selection of tasty craft beers and wines, which will help you wash down all that creaminess when you inevitably over-order.

In a rush? Pick up smaller cheese dishes through The Hatch. Brie-lliant.

To find out more and see some glorious 'cheese porn' check out the bar's Instagram and Twitter.
