The demise of the payphone is something to be lamented, but then again without it we probably wouldn't have... the TIRAMISU PHONE BOX!
We had to pinch ourselves when we stumbled across Walkmisu — a phone box on one corner of Russell Square, stuffed with homemade tiramisus. Cream come true.

Alongside the classic coffee and marsala flavour, the menu features strawberry, lemon, and pistachio — plus there's a tempting list of 'weekly specials', which has previously included banana and chocolate, wild berries and Nutella and coconut.

Walkmisu is open Fridays, Saturday and Sundays — although if you're going out of your way to stuff yourself with the creamy Italian dessert, it's best to call or email. They deliver too.
