The words of the late great Dudley Moore. Except Dudley never had one of these bright green beauts. Avobar in Covent Garden has created the Avo Bun Lobster — a fishy filling of lobster and crayfish chunks, lacquered in passionfruit, mango and Tabasco mayo, and coddled in an avocado 'bun'.
To mark the launch of their carb-free creation, Avobar is giving away 100 Avo Bun Lobsters this Friday 5 April. And if you want in on this deal, you'll have to make like a lobster, and be snappy.
