A Summer Of Feasting On The Fifth Floor At Harvey Nichols

This is a sponsored article on behalf of Harvey Nichols.

Been to the top of Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge recently? If you're a foodie who appreciates the finer things in life, the Fifth Floor of the iconic luxury department store is the place to be this summer.

We're talking fantastic value set menus, seasonal spritzes and snacks, and a new al fresco pop up that'll transport you all the way to the Caribbean. If there's a better way to bookend a day of shopping in one of central London's chicest neighbourhoods, we're yet to find it!

Three courses and fizz for £30

First up, how does a three course feast with a glass of fizz sound? The Summer Dining menu at the Fifth Floor Café — in partnership with New Zealand winery Cloudy Bay — costs just £30 and is bursting with summer flavours.

To start, choose between a Greek-style watermelon salad, cured trout with shito pepper sauce, and kofte lamb leg served with heritage tomatoes and olive salsa verde. For your main, it's all about Southeast Asian flavours — think aubergine schnitzel with a pickled radish salad, confit salmon, and char sui pork. You'll finish with a choice of black forest mousse cake, burnt vanilla cheesecake, or blueberry and lemon tartlet.

Plus, there's that complimentary glass of crisp Cloudy Bay Pelorus Rosé or Brut to wash it all down with! Best book a table soon, though — the menu's exclusively available 3 July-30 September.

Spritzes, summer specials, and al fresco cocktails

The café's al la carte menu also boasts some summery new additions, such as fried sea bass with bok choy and drizzled in a tamarind lime vinaigrette, and buttermilk chicken served with corn bread.

Fancy something lighter? Padron peppers with crispy shallots and baconaisse-dipped potato puffs will do nicely for aperitivo hour! Pair your bar snack of choice with a drink from the new spritz menu in partnership with Campari and Fever Tree for £19 (or £13 for the non-alcoholic option). Keep things classic with Aperol, opt for the floral vibes of the Fever-Tree Blossom Spritz, or go alcohol-free with Crodino.

Speaking of drinks, you can also imbibe al fresco. A new pop up, Discover Puerto Rico, is taking over Harvey Nichols' Fifth Floor Terrace, 3 July-31 August. Expect cocktails curated by Puerto Rico's iconic rum house, Casa BACARDÍ, and light bites inspired by Puerto Rican culinary classics.

Something for all the family

And the summer vibes don't end there! Elsewhere on the Fifth Floor, you'll find refreshing lobster and prawn cocktails (Burger and Lobster), sizzling steak sharing plates (Zelman Meats), and vibrant Punjabi-Kenyan fusion cuisine (Madhu's Brasserie).

Got the kids in tow? Head to the family-friendly Lucarelli Restaurant and get a free gelato for your little ones (when ordering an adult's meal). Or book Harvey Nichols' Café and Terrace for a Sunday, when kids under the age of 12 eat for free!

Whether you're doing date night, brunch with the gang, or a summer holiday treat for your young ones, Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge is the tastiest place in town.
