Is it just us, or does London get more Christmassy with each passing year?
The latest Chrimbo addition for 2019, upping the ante ever so slightly, is a new Christmas market in Trafalgar Square. The market sits on the North Terrace of the square — just in front of the National Gallery — and is open now.
Of all the places that were yet to be Christmas-ified, this is actually a rather logical one to receive a Christmas market. It's the home of the whopping Christmas tree throughout December, with carol singers standing beneath it serenading the crowds in the biting winter air. Now there's finally somewhere to pick up some mulled wine to warm you up while you watch.
For the first time, yule can enjoy a big #Christmas market in #TrafalgarSquare with more than 20 stalls. Share your firtos of the market with me. P.s. 42 days to go until Christmas ⭐ #TrafalgarSelfie pic.twitter.com/a9wiVBIbSC

Even the tree itself is tweeting about the market. Although what "firtos" are is anyone's guess. Maybe they don't focus on spelling at tree school.
