PopUp Painting: Have A Go At Painting With A Glass Of Wine In Hand

This is a sponsored post on behalf of PopUp Painting.

Looking down a line of smiling painters, each of whom has created a Van Gogh-style blue and yellow canvas

Painting as a social event? Let's get mixing!

PopUp Painting will get you painting in a fun, relaxed environment with... and here's the twist... a paint brush in one hand and a glass of wine in the other. No experience needed, all materials provided — just turn up, grab a drink and get creative!

Much more exciting than another night down the pub

Guaranteed, you'll out-smile the Mona Lisa

Looking for an alternative night out with your mates? It doesn't get much better. You'll learn a new skill, unleash your creativity, and do something much more exciting than just another night in the pub.

And how about for a date night? It's hard to imagine a shared experience that could be so chilled and romantic at the same time. And you'll certainly win points for originality.

Alternatively, this friendly, welcoming environment is perfect for those who want to go out on their own and make new friends. Oh, and you know that non-cringey team-building event your boss is looking for...? Send them here.

The next Van Gogh?

PopUp Painting sessions often have themes. Upcoming evenings include a chance to paint like Monet, Van Gogh or Picasso. Other events will have you creating scenes from spring, or even London landmarks. These evenings come complete with specially curated music. Monet has a French playlist, Van Gogh has tunes about stars and sunflowers, while the Pop Art evening features songs from the 60s.

Don't know your backside from your easel? It doesn't matter. The sessions are led by a trained artist who can bring out the best in everyone. PopUp Painting has now welcomed over 50,000 people, and the vast majority were complete newbies.

Most evening sessions run in bars, so you can paint along with your drink of choice in hand and perhaps put the "vin" back into "Da Vinci". For something more sedate, PopUp Painting also runs afternoon events with cream teas. They've got something to suit all palates... or indeed palettes.

PopUp Painting usually runs from @LondonArtBar in Holborn, but look out for events in other parts of town. Book your painting adventure now.
