Learn how to make cocktails from the Buffalo Trace Bourbon team, or just sit back and sip one, as Hackney House in Shoreditch is transformed into the Buffalo Bourbon Empire for London Cocktail Week.
Six top venues in London have created a menu for you to sit back and enjoy; or head for the Elmer T Masterclass Room for a whiskey sampling session, or learn how to make cocktails.
One of the best seats in the bar will be at one of the ‘bar stool sessions’ — where bar staff will take you through a tasting menu of four cocktails over an hour, while telling you tall tales.
