This New Pop-Up Is Serving 6 Kinds Of Dessert Pie
Mmm... PIE.

We love it when people find their niche, and it seems that Sarah Austin has found hers in the form of sweet pies, American style.

She's opening a pop-up at Printworks Kitchen in Clerkenwell, serving six varieties of pie.

Time for another slice? Us too.

You can choose from pecan and Bourbon pie; Finnish blueberry pie; Banoffee pie; peanut butter and chocolate pie; vegan and gluten free key lime pie and vegan and gluten free chocolate and coconut pie.

Sarah tells Londonist, "I've always been a keen baker and dreamed of doing something like this as a career. The idea to just focus on sweet pies came to me about four years ago after trying to think of something people weren't already doing but was universally liked and luckily no one got there first!"

Does it come with that spoon? We really hope it comes with that spoon.

We love the sound of the peanut butter and chocolate pie and but Sarah has her own preference: "My overall favourite is probably banoffee but the vegan chocolate and coconut is a close second."

And does she have any plans for a more permanent set up? "The dream is to get a van so I can do lots of locations and events but until then I'll be looking at market stalls and more potential pop-ups."

So no need to panic, then — there's plenty more pie in the pipeline.

The Three. One Four pop-up is serving pie at Printworks Kitchen, 26 Rosebery Avenue, EC1R 4SX from 22-26 August 2016, 9am-4pm daily.
