Commuters on Southern trains, brace yourselves: another strike is being called for 21 June. Find out the impact on services on Southern's website.

The RMT union is calling for a 24 hour strike by conductors ahead of the service operator, Govia Thameslink, changing conductors' jobs so they're no longer in charge of opening and closing doors. The union says that task is vital for safety.

Southern is in such a mess at the moment that it's possible commuters wouldn't even notice a strike. A protest at the state of the service was held at Brighton station on Tuesday evening.

Regular cancellations are being blamed by Govia Thameslink on union members calling in sick. However, one passenger has been told by staff that management is stopping union members from working overtime — on a roster that depends on overtime to function.
