London-Themed Quiz... In A Church... With Fish And Chips

Think you know the capital? This June, quizmaster (and Londonist editor-at-large) Matt Brown presents a fun and fiendish quiz, all about London, in the magnificent St John's church, Waterloo. Matt will draw on over a decade's experience of exploring and writing about London to put together a fact-filled evening of competitive trivia.

The quiz takes place on 22 June from 7pm. Teams of up to six people can take part. Tickets are £10 per person, which includes fish & chips (veggie option available), and a charity donation.

It's all part of the Waterloo Festival, an annual celebration of the neighbourhood around the station of the same name. The festival includes many other events, including guided walks, choral sessions and a history of the area's little-known hat-making tradition (plus a talk from Royal hat-maker, Rachel Trevor Morgan).

Advance booking essential.
