RICH MIX MUSIC: Palestinian artist Mohammed Joha combines collage, painting and photography in his work, expressing Gaza's loss of innocence. In this Rich Mix evening, view his latest exhibition, Joha's Journey, with Arabic music from Watan Trio and DJ Faisal Hamdan. Free, just turn up, 6pm

WHAT IS POVERTY: Is inequality rising in the UK? What does it actually mean to live in poverty? In this evening of flash talks at Regent Hall, hear from organisations working to support people affected by the challenges of living in poverty. £5, prebook, 6.30pm

BIND, PULL, SNAP: Discover the history and practice of printing with expert-led talks and three hands-on workshops at this Old Street event. Bind your own mini book, print its cover and make a pin hole camera. Essentially, become a one-person printing press. £10, prebook, 7pm

There's a new city of Love...

With Valentine's Day peeking round the corner at us like a cheeky little cupid, we're talking dating in London at Conway Hall. London Is Dating matches up a panel of daters and dalliers to discover all about how we meet people in London. Whether you're a swiper, a speed dater or a believer in the "meet cute", we want to hear your views on dating in the Big Smoke.

Ticket holders will also be invited to try our Londonist Lover-In questionnaire where we try and seat you with other like-minded people on the night. You never know who you might meet...
