If you're looking for a way to warm up in this nippy weather, we've got just the thing — a firewalk.
It's a case of mind over matter to walk 15 feet over hot coals in bare feet at Action On Hearing Loss's Firewalk. The daredevil event takes place on South Bank, with members of the public invited to take on the challenge as a way of fundraising.
All funds raised go towards supporting people affected by hearing loss.
Feeling brave? The event is open to anyone age 16+, although under 18s will need a guardian's permission. The coals will reach 800 degrees farenheit, but don't worry, professional firewalkers (how's that for a job title?) will be on hand to help you out.
Firewalk takes place on South Bank 6pm-8pm on 9 March. Registration costs £20 (or £15 each when registering a team of five), and there's a minimum sponsorship of £100 per participant.
