A Day At The Docks: Drink Feast

DrinkFeast

If you’re still (understandably) suffering withdrawal after the epic London Cocktail Week shenanigans, we have some pleasant news for you. Drink Feast is coming and you’ll only have to wait a couple of weeks for it.

Based at Hoxton Docks, some of the finest drinking establishments from around the globe are converging and setting up a pop-up space, which will either be a faithful replica of the old docks or an experience loosely based on it, over a three-day period.

The vibe? It's Secret Cinema meets your favourite bars. It's not just a matter of pottering around and sipping – be prepared for a full-on experience. For those who are already sold on the London drinks scene this is simply not one to be missed.

The Drink Feast guys have yet to release their final line up, but so far it's looking mighty fine. Eleventh best bar in the world Callooh Callay, who recently celebrated their fifth birthday, set up shop on the back of a Morris Minor. Catch the Travelling Gin Company on their bikes for a well-earned G&T, while Pisco Fuego provide (ice and) a slice of vibrant Buenos Aires nightlife.

Nola will, of course, be bringing some New Orleans love, and there'll be plenty o'shots with Rum Kitchen and Rum Runner. Then there's Russian caviar aficionados Ruski’s Tavern, coffee connoisseurs Shoreditch Grind and Copa de Cava promise to crack open the fizz.

Drink Feast takes place 12-14 December 2013 at Hoxton Docks E2 8BD. Three types of tickets are available on each day: 'I'll stay for one' is £12 including one cocktail, 'Just one more' is £18 for two cocktails and 'Last man standing' is £26 and includes three cocktails. Extra drink tokens are £7 each.
