London Connection Puzzle

Congratulations to John Birch, the first person to guess the solution to last week's puzzle. Amazingly, John got the answer from just one clue-word: Paragon. The other three clues, Crest, Londres, Slipstreamers, should have led you to the answer that they're all London cycling clubs. Another puzzle starts tomorrow, and will be set by John.
