Get Wild After Dark At ZSL London Zoo

This is a sponsored post on behalf of ZSL London Zoo.

It's time once more for Londoners to dust off their penguin suits, brush down their tiger print dresses and grab their Crocs. ZSL London Zoo is opening its doors after dark for another season of Zoo Lates, where you can let your inner child run wild by prowling around the Zoo after closing time.

Every Friday night in June and July, Zoo Lates gives grown-ups the opportunity to see one of London's most iconic attractions in a whole new light. Get up close and personal with some of our capital's biggest party animals, learn about them through a series of talks, and meet the Zoo's newest residents, the Sumatran tigers, in their brand spanking new £3.6m Tiger Territory exhibit.

If you prefer your entertainment less bitey, then alongside the Zoo's resident animals there is also a fantastic array of entertainment put on each Friday for Zoo Late-goers to enjoy. Cabaret performances are on hand from diva extraordinaire Auntie Myra's Swingin' Safari and the glittery, lycra-clad Dream Bear; whilst laughs can be found in The Comedy Den with improvised comedy and theatre from BattleActs!, One Hour Plays and Shotgun Impro.

If all that excitement doesn't tucker you right out, then you can round off your evening by busting some moves at the silent disco, sampling the delicious international street food, or relaxing in the secret Bordeaux Jardin du Vin with some wine-tasting.

Zoo Lates take place every Friday night in June and July. Full price tickets are £25pp, with various discounts for Early Bird bookings, groups of 10 or more, and ZSL Members. Book tickets via www.zsl.org/zoolates and keep up to date with event activity on Twitter via @ZSLLondonZoo and #zoolates, and on Facebook.
