He will be living in a glass-fronted ‘box’ in a retail unit in central London between 7am and 7pm, and sourcing all the things he needs to make his life comfortable via the Internet.
He'll have to conquer challenges daily from today – starting with a task to buy his furniture online. You can help Steve with suggestions and advice, as well as chat with him online so he doesn't get lonely.

The results of the experiment will be revealed in national press, TV and radio on Monday 1 October on to mark the start of National Identity Fraud Week.
