Music Choice: 18-24 April

Hopefully Record Store Day filled your ears with joy and your shelves with pretty new vinyl.  Keep your new music buzz going with a show this week:

Singer songwriter Josh Ritter kicks things off at Scala. You can catch him there Monday and Tuesday nights.

Tuesday also offers a few wildly diverse options. Sometime Broken Family Band member Singing Adams goes it solo at the Lexington, and New Jersey post-emo rockers Thursday are at King's College.

Wednesday, Scotsmen the View are at Shepherds Bush Empire with support from Sound of Guns. Elsewhere, former Beta Bander Gordon Anderson is at Bush Hall with his Lone Pigeon project.

Thursday, acoustic chanteuse Jesse Sykes is at Water Rats with her band the Sweet Hereafter. Also playing are Arrows of Love, who bring their garagy turns to Proud.

Friday, retro fuzznicks Clinic are playing a very intimate show at Barfly. Another hot ticket with fewer electronics is singer-songer Alexi Murdoch, who will be at the Lexington.
