Mad-Men-inspired cocktails, a mezcal monkey tattoo parlour, whisky, jazz, chocolate and alcohol pairings and more are on the menu as 'experience curators' The Tasting Sessions bring back A Fluid State - one of London's most inventive food and drink festivals - over the first weekend of December.

Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th of December will see the transformation of an as- yet undisclosed 8000 sqft venue in central London into a festival space with five main experience areas. Continuing the trademark multi-room approach pioneered at last year's festival, each experience area will feature performances and installations from some of the UK's most interesting emerging artists, musicians and performers. On Sunday 5th, those in need of the ultimate weekend recovery will be treated to a steampunk brunch during which a “Wallace and Gromit-style breakfast machine” will crank out toast to tunes from a line up of quirky independent live music acts and other performers in completely wild surroundings. Masterclasses on how to mix a mean Bloody Mary or brew a perfect coffee will also be on offer.Londonist is proud to be media partner to A Fluid State.
