Cows On The Tube This Morning

If you rubbed your bleary eyes on the tube this morning you may have been alarmed to clock bovine shaped travellers on your carriage. Cows herded at Euston around 6.30am this morning and joined the early CoMOOte to launch a new Friends of the Earth campaign for rainforest-free food on the same day as a key government speech on feeding Britain. Friends of the Earth wants people to back a law that supports British farmers to feed animals a home-grown, planet-friendly diet rather than raping South American habitats for soy.
