Who's doing what where in the lead up to fringe season
We thought Jokes Newington was a brilliant idea, jamming buckets of stand up comedians doing their Edinburgh Previews in one afternoon (this Sunday) at neighbouring venues. But Fast Fringe is the ultimate bottling down. 28 comedy acts will perform three-minute extracts from their Edinburgh shows in one evening. Nuts and genius at the same time and at £12.50 a whole lot cheaper than actually attending the festival and seeing all these fine comedians. Who are:
Abandoman, Terry Alderton, Doc Brown, Brendon Burns, Susan Calman, Stephen Carlin, Nathan Caton, Bridget Christie, Jarred Christmas, Ali Cook, Gary Delaney, Michael Fabbri, Frisky & Mannish, Elis James, Marcel Lucont, Jimmy McGhie, Loretta Maine, Carey Marx, Nick Mohammed, Andrew O'Neill, Phil Nichol, Andi Osho, Sara Pascoe, Chris Ramsey, James Sherwood, Seann Walsh and Sarah-Louise Young.
Fast Fringe is at the Leicester Square Theatre, Monday 5 July, 7.30pm. Tickets £12.50/10.
