Local derby dames, the London Rockin’ Rollers face Manchester's Rainy City Roller Girls in a full contact, all action, tattooed limb to fishnetted leg flat track roller derby bout this Saturday afternoon.
The home team have gone all Tim Burton on us, theming the clash through the looking glass, following the White Rabbit with Tweedledum and Tweedledee and the odd pink flamingo promised. "Watch these teams take tea with the Mad Hatter before they battle with the Red Queen, then come drink with them afterwards. One thing’s for sure: This isn’t croquet!"
