There's always an emphasis on getting slim for summer, toning up your bikini body and making yourself bearable on the beach. But what about feeling centred, calm and relaxed for summer? What about finding your flow and being at one for the months ahead? Somerset House is offering free morning tai chi sessions every Tuesday and Thursday starting from next week and ongoing until 1 July. Sessions start at 8.45am, finishing at 9.30am so if you're working or living locally you can definitely fit in this open air, gentle but energising workout before your day starts. The tutors are from London Lishi Arts and there all levels are welcome. No special dress or equipment is required though loose clothing and, obviously, light footwear are recommended.
