We got the feeling you lot scorned our sidebar sponsors considering the steady trickle of complaints from those afraid to open the site lest the chest of the Oxford Shirt woman bursts through the buttons or the camel toe of the full size lace unitard returns. But in response to fresh ads about a cut price rummage sale, around 2000 fevered bargain hunters descended on Brick Lane yesterday morning inspired to grab as many stripes, lace and basics as possible. Sadly, police had to intervene with "unfortunate and downright dangerous behaviour" erupting in the queue - the lure of nylon spandex at a quid a pop just too much for some to bear - and the sale was shut down. Extra security will be called in to enable the sale to run as planned until Sunday but be prepared to queue nicely (take an umbrella).
