Theatre Preview: Panphobia @ Lost

shapeimage_10.jpg Formerly Fulham based and subsequently itinerant, the Lost Theatre Company has a spanking new home on Wandsworth Road, in an old SBU building. The maiden production in this bright new space is a dark tale, tapping the traditional Little Red Hiding Hood fairytale brought to you by Universal Citizens.

Panphobia is a site specific show that tells the story of Little Rose who lives with her dad at the bottom of a tall, tall tower block. One day, he asks her to take some soup and supplies to her sick aunt on the top floor, but halfway up the tower block there is a power cut. Cue everybody's worst fears: enclosed spaces, darkness, suspension, loneliness... Unsurprisingly, this performance is not recommended for young people but we're going to brave it. We can't make it to press night but check back here for a review next week. If you go in the meantime, let us know what you think.

Panphobia runs from Jan 26th- Feb 14th @ Lost Theatre nr Stockwell tube, £13.
