Tomorrow, at the Cinema Museum Kennington, there's free film clinic giving expert advice on the preservation, storage and restoration of your classic, much loved and oft neglected home movies. We gave you a prod to root out those old film reels of you falling into the paddling pool wearing only a sun hat a couple of months ago. The film clinic can handle standard 8mm, super 8, 9.5 and 16mm so all those embarrassing moments can be preserved for the next generation. Everyone is welcome at the Museum where home movies will be playing throughout the afternoon, the time warped Shellac Sisters will be spinning 78s on their gramophone and retro tea and cake will be on sale. Home Movie Day, 17 October, 2-5pm at the Cinema Museum, 2 Dugard Way, Kennington. Entrance and advice are free.
