As the Southbank's Ether Festival draws to a close, the hallowed final slot will be given over to Essex electronica stalwart Squarepusher. Taking over the large Clore Ballroom space on the ground floor, his wizzy jazz and rave guitar will transform the somewhat foyer like space into a nightclub as he launches his last critically acclaimed album 'Souvenir'.
Opening for him will be Mo DJ and excitingly the massively hyped South African rockers BLK JKS will follow. If you loved the afrobeat of the Vampire Weekend album, then these boys are definitely worth a listen as they fuse african beats with rock.
