So far our Littlest Londonist posts, though admittedly in their infancy, have been about cute things - plays about reindeers, for example, or baby singing - things that make you go all gooey inside. However, we had to let you know about this slightly darker Yuletide opportunity-slash-marketing-ploy from our friends at the London Dungeon. Over the Christmas holiday period, any child called Damien will be admitted free to the Dungeon's ‘anti- christ’mas' Satan’s Grotto. This generous festive offering is in homage to classic horror flick The Omen, though the giving spirit has limits - we hear all Damiens 'must be identified with the standard 666 symbol painted on the forehead, and some form of id'. The Dungeonists told us cheerfully 'it's our way of saying merry Christmas to Damiens everywhere'. Sick or funny - you decide.

The promotion runs from 18th - 29th December. Image from alco2112's photostream in the Londonist stock photo pool.
