Preview: Oxjam @ The Windmill, Brixton

Thursday brings another evening of Oxjam action featuring bands on the cusp of greatness. The event is headlined by The Brute Chorus, Inner City Pirates and Winterkids who, despite their chilly monicker, offer "Eighties-tinged sunny pop" - the perfect tonic to the incoming winter of our economic and climatic discontent. The event takes place at The Windmill, Brixton, on Thursday 30th October. Doors open 7pm, tickets cost £5/£4 for students, and all proceeds go to Oxfam.
