When is a dead body not a dead body? When Dr. Gunther von Hagens gets hold of it, that’s when. You remember him: the Body Worlds chap, Doctor Death as they affectionately call him in Germany. The one that skins and then ‘plastinates’ real dead bodies so we can look at how they work or don’t work and go and get ourselves all scared.
