Free Tonight?

If you're inspired by the Wellcome Skeletons you might want to join the Cross Bones Vigil tonight from 7pm. Although the site of this ancient graveyard on Redcross Way, SE1 is now a TFL storage plot the gate is a shrine to the outcasts of London and covered in ribbons and tokens of remembrance for those who were once buried here, outside the 'legitimate' city. It's a special and spiritual place and tonight there will be readings from the Southwark Mysteries, hopefully followed by a mini-festival and picnic. As the Facebook group says "if you've never been initiated into the secret history and transforming vision of The Goose and her Cross Bones Portal, this is your chance"
