Easter Weekend brings more choices for clubs and bars than the already impressive amount London normally offers. So we've put together a quick guide to what we think are the best nights this weekend. Go out safe in the knowledge that there's no work the next day and dance til your feet hurt ladies!

Friday

It's the monthly XFM Remix Night hosted by Eddie Temple Morris at East London's Cargo club. Fans of the Remix radio show will know what to expect as dance meets rock and the cool kids all go while. Joining Eddie Tonight will be prolific producer Krafty Kuts alongside newcomers Vatican DC. Things kick off early at 7pm and is £8 in until 9pm when it goes upto £10.

Saturday

Everything is about Canvas today. Round the back of Kings Cross on the old site of Bagleys, Canvas has been getting a reputation as a great dance venue, as well as home of the Rollerdisco and the site of Madonna's Sorry video. But Easter Saturday sees Soulwax and friends set up camp for what looks like a stunning line up of alternative dance heroes. Highlights include funky London band, New Young Pony Club, Australian duo The Presets and the impressive Tiga. Tickets are a rather large £20 in advance, but the line up looks well worth it.

Sunday

The kids from Popstarz host their annual charity event, Ray of Light at Crash in Vauxhall on Easter Sunday. The first of the annual events since the death of Popstarz promoter Simon Hobart lte last year, the event looks set to continue his good work fundraising for Macmillan Cancer with all money raised going to the charity. The minimum donation is £7. Music will come from Popstarz, Wigout, and Marvellous DJs, as well as Boy George making an special appearance to sing a few ditties!

Monday

We've done dance, rock, indie and pop, so Monday lends itself easily to a little bit of soul, r&b and garage as Ministry of Sound launch their SmooveSexy&Stylish night. Spoony, MJ COle and Masterstepz are among the DJs taking us back to some urban classics and playing the latest funky house and RnB. We for one cannot wait for this, and are even prepared to brave Tuesday morning hungover for it!

Whatever you do, have a good weekend, take licensed taxis and stay safe! (We're not trying to sound like your mum honest!)
