One of our favourite bands ever ever eva has got to be the bewitching Ladytron. So when news of a whole night from Ladytron popped into our inbox we were damn excited.

On March 24th the band will be curating a whole night at the Royal Festival Hall as part of the Ether '06 Festival. Aiming to create a mix between a childrens party and arcane social experiment, Ladytron themselves will be playing a full live set, but have filled the rest of the night with artists they love and think will put on exciting original performances.

Now we've not heard of ANY of the accompanying artists, but ,surely that makes it more fun! I mean the descriptions alone are intriguing. For starters there will be a guy called 386DX described as a Russian eccentric who plays Nirvana covers on the streets of Moscow and someone called Evills who plays minimal techno from a Wendy House.

Tickets are a rather bargainous £16.50 which we'd pay to see Ladytron alone. Considering you're getting a whole night of interesting new artists then quick scribble this in your diaries and get full details at this page.
