When most pubs undergo a refurb they usually get a lick of paint, some updated furniture, maybe even a shiny new loo or two. But The Holly Tree in Leytonstone has gone one step further. In addition to the top notch beers, seasonal food and roaring fires, they've also installed a full-blown miniature railway in the garden! What the chuff?
