A new railway line is being built, and with it come six new platforms, a new entrance to Euston tube station, and a new way to travel between Euston and Euston Square stations.
We are of course talking about HS2; work for the new high speed railway line has been underway in the Euston area for a while. Several buildings will be demolished, including the old Thistle Hotel, and HS2 is expecting to excavate and relocate more than 40,000 historic burial plots.
