Free illuminations festival Winter Lights is back in Canary Wharf for a sixth year. A neon tree, a glowing forest and a word waterfall are among the 26 light artworks this year.
Some of the installations will be familiar to anyone who's visited in previous years, but several are new for 2020. We're pleased to report that the maps and signposting are much improved on the confusing efforts of previously, and as always, an army of friendly stewards is on hand to offer assistance.
Here are some of the highlights from Canary Wharf Winter Lights 2020:
Canary Wharf Winter Lights 2020 is free to visit. It takes place every evening until 25 January, 4pm-10pm (though from our experience, it's not dark enough to enjoy the festival fully until about 4.45pm). Take a look at our guide to eating and drinking in Canary Wharf while you're there.
