To paraphrase Joey Tribbiani: Chicken wings? Good. Burgers? Good. Afternoon tea? GOOD.

Some absolute genius has combined the three — and thrown in plenty more — at a chicken wing afternoon tea, and it's available to tuck into right here in London.

Randy's Wing Bar, which has branches in Hackney Wick and Tower Hill, is the temple of happiness you'll need to visit if you want to indulge in three tiers of pure joy. Yep, it's served on a tiered stand, to keep those afternoon tea traditionalists happy — but that's about as traditional as it gets. Soz, grandma.

The bottom tier, usually reserved for fancy finger sandwiches, is filled up with two burgers, loaded fries, slaw and pickle (it's for two people, by the way). You can pick your burgers and loaded fries from the Randy's menu. Once you've munched your way through that lot, roll up your sleeves and get stuck into two of each flavour of Randy's chicken wing (Buffalo, Kansas and garlic parmesan are among them).

If you've made it that far, finish off with a selection of brownie bites — and a rather long lie down.

Randy's High Tea is available Tuesday-Sunday and priced at £45 for two people. Booking required.
