Nine 4.5m-tall Harry Potter wands will illuminate Leicester Square this month — celebrating 20 years since the film release of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
The wands, which will flank one of the square's pathways from 13-25 October, represent various characters from the Potter and Fantastic Beasts franchise. They'll light up from 6pm until 8.35pm every evening, performing regular light shows to dramatic Harry Potter scores.

Kids will love pointing out which wands belong to which characters — and of course, there's also the semi-permanent Harry Potter statue to enjoy in Leicester Square now.
If you think the wands look a little familiar, they previously appeared in front of St Paul's Cathedral in 2018.
