Waterloo's Bar Elba is opening a rooftop ice rink for Christmas this year — and skating is free in November.
The Napoleon-themed rooftop venue has a winter makeover from 13 November, with mulled wine, hot cocktails and blankets to cosy up under. Burger experts Dip & Flip serve up a festive twist on menu favourites.
Entry to the venue is free, as is skating throughout November, with priority given to those who have a table booking (make your reservation on the website). If your office Christmas party isn't sorted yet, let your boss know that it's available for private hire too.
The venue is over-21s only, so it's not one for a family day out. Judging by the images we've seen, it's not a huge ice rink, but it does offer views that London's other ice rinks can only dream of.
