If you find yourself in the vicinity of Dulwich, you can't fail to notice the mega marvel that is Dawson's Heights on Dawson's Hill. Designed by a then-26 year old Kate Macintosh in the midst of the swinging sixties, it's certainly a striking element of the London skyline. All 300 flats have private balconies and what must be incredible views of the neighbourhood, a serious win for a social housing estate.
