The name Fatties Bakery is a little confusing, because this south London sugar mistress makes sweets, specifically caramels, and boy, are they good. There's some real depth of flavour to these, and just the right amount of salt. Who needs fillings anyway? A bag of these will go a long way to ensuring you stay on the Christmas card list. Consider getting a few of their Dip Dabs while you're there too; they're a long way from those mouth puckering bags we used to suck on as kids, and made with real fruit, too.
