Amnesty International today recreated the iconic ‘tank man’ image, of a lone demonstrator - here, survivor Shao Jiang - facing down tanks at Tiananmen Square, outside Amnesty’s London headquarters in the run up to the 19th anniversary of the 1989 crackdown against pro-democracy protesters in Beijing.
