Here at Londonist we love to indulge in all sorts of devilishly scrumptious treats. However, we know healthy, conscientious eating is the key to a happy life. Quinoa, according to its Wikipedia entry, is a pseudocereal (rather than a true cereal) grown primarily for its edible seeds, originally cultivated around 6000 years ago in the Andes and held sacred by the ancient Incas.
