Westminster has fallen curiously silent since the new year, following the Elizabeth Tower (often referred to as Big Ben) being taken out of action. The world-famous clocktower now embarks on a four year restoration project, the most comprehensive since its completion in 1859. We spoke to Clock Keeper Steve Jaggs about what's in store for one of London's greatest landmarks and whether it really will be four years until we get to hear Big Ben bong again.
