What gets your goat about the people you share the tube with?
This survey from YouGov says in no uncertain terms that it's people who get on the train, without letting others off first, who are the most annoying.
61% of the 1,513 Londoners asked said they find discourteousness very annoying.
The other grievances in the top three have a rather similar bent — 'not getting out of the way of others trying to get off a train' and people 'trying to push ahead of you while getting on the train'.
Among the other classic annoyances that make an unsurprising appearance in the survey are people who stare at you, standing on the left of the escalator (naturally), and the people who demand you move down inside the carriage, even though there's no space to do so, dammit.
Is anything ever going to be done about the above? Almost certainly not.
