River bus service Thames Clippers is trialling a new route which extends out of London next month.
For four days, commuters will be able to catch the boat from Gravesend Town Pier all the way into Canary Wharf, Tower Bridge, Blackfriars and Embankment, and return to Gravesend in the evening.
The trial will assess the level of demand for the service; if there are enough takers, it may become a permanent option for Gravesend commuters. Those who use the trial service will be given a survey on board to help Thames Clippers plan future services.
Thames Clippers CEO Sean Collins said:
We are optimistic about the volume of customers opting to trial the new service and hope to soon be able to offer Gravesend even greater transport links permanently.
The trial will run for four days from 11-14 September 2017. It'll be free to use the service during the trial but you'll need to book your tickets in advance here.
