A Dog Show For The Poshest Of Pooches Comes To London

Are you the owner of a high class hound? Is you fur-baby extra fancy? Will only the best cut it for your canine? If you answered yes to these questions, we've got just the dog show for you. Providing you've got £534 to spare, that is.

Home House, a dog-friendly private members' club in Marylebone, is inviting posh pooches (and their humans) to showcase their skills in It's a Dog's Life, which claims to be the capital's most exclusive dog show.

You don't have to be a member to enter, but you do have to fork out for an overnight stay at one of Home House's undeniably opulant rooms in order to be in with a chance of winning such coveted titles as waggiest tail, or most agile pup. Rooms start at an eye-watering £519 per night, and on top of that, it's an extra £15 per dog in order to actually enter. But that does include a chilled glass of Moët & Chandon for the owner, so it's a bargain, really.

Should your pup emerge victorious, they'll claim this season's must-have accessories by luxury designer to the most decadent of dogs, Hugo & Hudson. And if they make a real dog's dinner of it, at least you'll have a luxurious king size bed to cry on at the end of the day.

It's A Dog's Life takes place on Saturday 15 September from 11am-1pm in The Garden at Home House. If you're feeling flash enough to enter, you can find booking information here.
