THE BIG SQUAT: It may be 2018, but 1 billion women and girls across the world still don't don't have access to proper toilet facilities. Sanitation charity Toilet Twinning wants to change all that — join it under a giant inflatable loo, alongside school choirs, MPs and Bill Oddie OBE to raise awareness of the issue with an singalong on the steps of St Paul's.
