Finish Your Fireworks Night With A Bang At An Exclusive Bash In Battersea Park

One of London's biggest fireworks displays just got even bigger. This year, Wandsworth Council's Battersea Park Fireworks hosts its first ever after-party, and it's set to be an absolute riot.

We're talking street food, amply-stocked bars, and DJ sets from special guests that go on into the small hours. While the names are being kept closely under wraps for now, if you've ever been to Battersea Park Fireworks before, you'll know that the team puts on one heck of the show.

Both the main event and the after-party take place on Saturday 2 November in the 200-acre oasis of Battersea Park, and you must have tickets to the former to get in to the latter. Gates open at 6pm, giving you plenty of time to get your hot dogs, hot chocolate, and other warming Bonfire Night treats before the pre-show entertainment starts.

At 7.30pm the Mayor of Wandsworth sets the bonfire ablaze, with the fireworks beginning half an hour later (psst... there's no entry after the display starts — so don't be late!) Prepare to be dazzled, as award-winning pyrotechnicians Jubilee Fireworks return with another spectacular show. Lasting 22 minutes, it's one of the biggest fireworks displays in capital; an eye-popping explosion of colour and light.

After you've got your fireworks fix, it's time to head on over to Battersea Evolution. Located in the heart of the park — just a short walk from the display area — this gleaming glass venue is where you and 5,000 other guests will party the night away, with music pumping until 1am.

That might sound like a lot of party-goers, until you remember that the fireworks display attracts a whopping 50,000 spectators. So if you want to be part of the lucky tenth that gets after-party tickets, you're going to have to be quick about it.

Tickets can only be purchased in advance and online, in conjunction with a fireworks ticket. Click here to get yours before they're all gone.
