The final batch of tickets for the New Year's Eve firework display will go on sale this Friday (30 November 2018) at midday.
In total, 100,000 tickets will be sold for watching the display next to the Thames — but many of them already sold in the first release in September.
More than 12,000 fireworks will be released from barges in the middle of the Thames, right in front of the London Eye, and Big Ben will chime at the start of 2019, despite its current silence for renovations.
The event will have a European theme this year, to show of London's position as a global, European city, with music from a range of European musicians.

Every year London puts on the greatest fireworks show in the world with the spectacular images of our skyline shared all around the globe. This year I’m proud that we are paying tribute to our close relationship with Europe as we welcome in the new year with a message of support to the more than one million EU citizens who have made London their home. Once again we will show that the greatest city in the world will always be open.
TfL transport services will be free from 11.45pm on 31 December until 4.30am on 1 January. A special night service will operate on most tube lines, the DLR and Trams.
